Service Description

The purpose of stretch and strength class is to improve flexibility in all main regions of the body. Body parts such as hamstrings, quads, knees, backs, shoulders, and feet will be stretched and strengthened. During this class, you will focus on pure technical positioning and skills. It includes turns, jumps, strengthening exercises, and positioning exercises.
